Hi everyone, the r/anime mod team is pleased to announce a new AMA with MomoCon's Co-Chair, Chris Stuckey, this Friday, May 1st at 1 PM EST (10 AM PST / 5 PM UTC). The thread will go up about 2 hours before that to allow questions to accumulate.

MomoCon is a 4 day anime, comics and gaming convention held annually in Atlanta Georgia since 2005. You can find the schedule here and a list of guests here to see what MomoCon has in store for this year.

Did anyone else notice the shift in tone from the first episode to the rest? It started off quite dark, and then suddenly became much more lighthearted.

I still enjoyed it a lot, but I’m curious if that stood out to others too.

I saw this anime called The Eminence in Shadow and wanted to know if anyone's watched it. It seems pretty cool and I'm guessing it's more of a psychological-thriller. I want to to know what you guys think and whether it's worth a watch.
